Several members of Schoharie’s chapter of the Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) brought home awards from the recent FBLA District IV Spring Meeting in Clifton Park, where they competed in a range of written and performance events.

- Britney Beisly, 5th place in Intro to FBLA
- Allison Gallagher, 1st place in Intro to FBLA and 5th place in Intro to Business
- Olivia Helmstadt, 4th place in Intro to Business Communication
- John Polley, 1st place in Intro to Financial Math, 1st place in Intro to Business, 2nd place in Intro to Business Communication
- David St. George, 3rd place in Intro to Word Processing, 4th place in Intro to FBLA, 4th place in Intro to Public Speaking
- Jacquelyn Sullivan, 2nd place in Intro to FBLA
Three students qualified to compete in district elimination events at the FBLA State Leadership Conference in April. Carissa Palmatier will compete in Client Service, Jacquelyn Sullivan will compete in Basic Decision Making and Denise Woodman will compete in Public Speaking.
