All Schoharie, Cobleskill-Richmondville, Middleburgh, Sharon Springs, Jefferson, Berne-Knox-Westerlo, Duanesburg, and Gilboa-Conesville
high school graduates with a minimum 80 average who enroll full-time at
SUNY Cobleskill are eligible to receive an annual housing grant of between
$4,000 and $6,000.

The increasing cost of college is a concern for many families. Students who
commute to a local college are making a wise financial decision, but often feel as though they miss out on the full college experience. The Coby-Wise housing grant brings the best of both worlds to Schoharie County graduates.
Schoharie County graduates can now experience all the great things that on-campus living has to offer without the high cost of leaving town.
GOOD THINGS TO KNOW
- Can be renewed up to four years
- This grant will not reduce an Excelsior “Free Tuition” Scholarship
- A Coby-Wise housing grant application can be submitted online after applying for admission to SUNY Cobleskill
