Pre-kindergarten and Kindergarten Interest Form

Pre-Kindergarten/Kindergarten 2023-2024

Dear Parent/Guardian,

Please indicate on the form below if you reside within the Schoharie Central District and have a child who is eligible for either Pre-Kindergarten or Kindergarten in September 2023.

*If your child is already enrolled in the Pre-K program here at Schoharie Elementary, there is no need to complete this form,  enrollment information you provided for pre-kindergarten follows the child to Kindergarten.  

Eligibility Guidelines:
• All children reaching the age of four (4) on or before December 1, 2023 are eligible to apply for Pre-Kindergarten for the 2023-2024 school year.  
• All children reaching the age of five (5) on or before December 1, 2023 are eligible to attend Kindergarten for the 2023-2024 school year.

Please call the Elementary office at (518)295-6651 ext. 4 if you have questions regarding your child’s eligibility.  Enrollment packets will be mailed in March.
