5th Graders Take a Hudson River Boat Tour

Schoharie Elementary Fifth Graders recently enjoyed a Dutch Apple Cruise down the Hudson River. It was a celebration of the completion of elementary school and their upcoming Moving Up Ceremony. They enjoyed a narrated talk about the river and its sights, as well as a delicious pizza lunch. Students were treated to views of eagles and wildlife as well as large ships and tugboats entering the Port of Albany. For many, it was their first time on a boat. A special thank you to the EPTSO for providing our students with this opportunity as well as their souvenir t-shirts. Sixth grade, here we come!
