Public forum set on New York State order to end use of Native American mascots/logos

Schoharie CSD has scheduled a public forum at 6 p.m., Wednesday, Jan. 18, to discuss the New York State Education Department order that calls for schools to end the use of Native American-themed logos and/or mascots or face the loss of state aid. The forum will be held in the Jr./Sr. High School Auditorium.
