Schoharie High School seniors Mary Palmieri, Margot Williams, and Jacquelyn Sullivan have been awarded the New York State Scholarship for Academic Excellence in recognition of their class rank.
Academic Excellence scholarships are awarded to the top three students in a graduating class. If the students choose to attend a college or university in New York State, they will receive between $1500 to $500 per year for up to four years of undergraduate study in college, or up to five years if enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program approved as normally requiring five years of study.
We are very proud of these seniors’ academic accomplishments and wish them the best of luck as they navigate the college application process!
